Refund Policy

Vouching Submissions ($149)

When you submit your tool for vouching, our team tests it over 3–5 business days and writes an honest review. There are two outcomes:

  • Vouched (approved): Your tool receives the ✓ Vouched badge, a public review, and a scheduled launch week. No refund — you received the service.
  • Not vouched (rejected): We issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your rejection is private — it will never appear publicly.

Priority Vouching (+$100)

Priority vouching jumps the queue — your tool is tested within 48 hours instead of 3–5 days. The same refund guarantee applies: full refund if not vouched.

Badge Renewals ($99 / $79 early-bird)

Vouched badges expire after 12 months. To renew, submit a renewal request with your latest changes. If your tool no longer meets our standards during re-testing, we issue a full refund for the renewal fee.

Featured Placements ($149–$299)

Featured placements (homepage spotlight, category top spot) are non-refundable once the placement period begins. If the placement has not started yet, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Free Listings

Free listings are, well, free. No payment is involved. If your free listing is rejected, you can resubmit at any time.

How to Request a Refund

Refunds for rejected vouching submissions are issued automatically — no action required. For all other refund requests, email us at support@clearedtolaunch.com with your payment details.
