• A directory of e-commerce tools with community reviews
• A vouching service where our team tests and reviews tools ($149)
• Featured placement options for tool makers
• Free tool listings

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to submit tools, write reviews, or access maker features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Reviews and Content

Users may submit reviews of tools listed on the platform. By submitting a review, you represent that:

• You have personally used the tool you are reviewing
• Your review is honest and based on your genuine experience
• Your review does not contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements
• You grant ClearedToLaunch a non-exclusive license to display and use your review

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate our guidelines.

5. Vouching Service

Our vouching service involves our team independently testing submitted tools. The resulting review reflects our honest assessment. Vouching does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of the tool's quality, security, or fitness for any purpose. A "Vouched" badge means our team tested the tool and it met our quality standards at the time of review.

6. Payments and Refunds

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission
• Submit tools that are fraudulent, malicious, or violate applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The ClearedToLaunch name, logo, and badge design are our intellectual property. Tool makers who receive the Vouched badge may display it on their website using our provided embed code, subject to the badge remaining active.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClearedToLaunch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on tool reviews or ratings on our platform. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
